Common problems with valleys & flashings
A common causes of roof leaks are poorly maintained valleys and flashings. These can often rust with age and eventually cause leaks. With valleys, leaves can often bunch together to form a plug in the middle of a valley. This will cause water to accumulate and run over the edges of the valley into the ceiling areas of your roof space.
Solutions
We will check your valleys and flashings. If required, we will remove any debris causing blockages in the valleys. If the valleys have rusted out, we can remove the rusted valleys and replace with new valleys.
